Are you looking for happiness but afraid of failing?
Let us be completely honest with ourselves. We cannot obtain happiness over time; it is always fleeting. According to one definition, happiness is a pleasurable or satisfying experience based on what is going on in our minds and lives. It will never be attained or sustained because it depends on events and circumstances.
How should we approach the pursuit of happiness? That's it; the pursuit brings us joy, not the destination; we should seek the journey rather than the destination. If we are afraid to fail, we are also afraid to pursue happiness. Everyone's journey includes failure. You must be willing to take risks and jump off the ledge of comfort and into the pool of uncertainty, especially if you are an entrepreneur; otherwise, you will never know the joy of the journey of self-growth, discovery, and wonderment.

On the other hand, are you aware that joy is a choice and that you have chosen joy? You chose joy by not being afraid to learn from your mistakes. Fail forward and fail frequently.
